Job summary

ARCO is a premier, full service design/build general contractor with more than 20 years of experience delivering nationwide projects. We seek a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations, ensure schedule, budget, safety and quality, and coordinate subs across the country.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a lead superintendent on tilt-up projects and can manage multiple activities, crews and resources while communicating progress to management and owners.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years as lead superintendent on tilt-up construction projects.
• Ability to decide quickly under tight deadlines and organize crews.
• Demonstrates leadership, problem solving and conflict management.
• Maintains commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control construction to meet specs, time and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with schedules and progress.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and company policies.
• Prepare progress/cost reports and review requisitions and invoices.
• Communicate project status to management and owner representatives.
