Job summary

MPI is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to join the field leadership team on a flagship project in the Southwest, with ongoing work across Texas and surrounding states. You will work with the Project Manager, taking full ownership of on-site delivery, safety, scheduling, and budget adherence.

You will lead site personnel, manage subcontractors, track milestones, and ensure quality and cost control, while serving as the on-site liaison with ownership, design teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven, verifiable experience as a Superintendent delivering construction projects from ground-up through completion.
• Ability to manage schedules, track variances, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades; willingness to travel across states.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all site personnel including subcontractors and trades.
• Own site delivery: scheduling, milestones, and workflow to avoid delays.
• Oversee quality control to meet plans, specs and standards; enforce safety policies.
