Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects across the Midwest. This Columbus-based role includes travel to surrounding states and requires a proven track record in coordinating multiple trades while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations, drive safety, and work closely with PMs, engineers, and owners to meet goals and milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Superintendent role.
• Ability to travel.
• Strong experience with commercial projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft, etc.)
• OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations.
• Drive project safety, quality, and production goals.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners.
• Maintain and enforce project schedules and lookahead planning.
• Manage power-up, energization, and cooling system readiness.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
