REZ Management LLC seeks a Traveling Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States. This full-time, W-2 role requires proactive leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on safety and quality from site preparation through turnover.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of ground-up commercial construction experience, be comfortable reading plans, coordinating subs, and traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Strong reading of plans, specs, schedules, and docs.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Maintain project schedules and support milestone completion.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, inspections, and site logistics.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination and safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, schedules, photos, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and local officials.
• Ensure work meets project specs, quality standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Assist with project planning, sequencing, and constructability reviews.
• Represent REZ professionally on all jobsites and client interactions.
