Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation seeks Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on large-scale ground-up industrial, data center, and manufacturing projects across the United States. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedule, safety, and quality, and ensure successful commissioning of MEP systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a superintendent, experience with ground-up builds, and proficiency with Procore or similar construction software; willingness to travel as projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years Superintendent experience.
• Ground-up industrial or data center construction preferred.
• Ability to travel. Travel schedule dependent on project assignment.
• Procore or similar construction software experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams.
• Maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead coordination for MEP installations and commissioning activities.
• Work closely with project management and ownership teams.
