Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supervision, are willing to travel, and are proficient with Procore or similar construction software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in ground-up construction.
• Experience on industrial, data center, or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required by projects.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on ground-up construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to maintain schedule.
• Uphold safety and quality standards onsite.
• Manage coordination for MEP installations and commissioning.
• Collaborate with project management and ownership.
