Job summary

ENFRA, a long-standing leader in energy infrastructure, seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple projects. You will partner with the Project Manager to ensure all vendors and subcontractors install per contract documents and project schedule.

You will drive safety, quality, and logistics on site, coordinate inspections, manage progress, and interface with AHJ and client teams. Travel to regional sites is expected (approx.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Procore, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and lead site safety meetings.
• Create and maintain the Project Schedule, monitor logic, and recover plans.
• Coordinate site construction activities and manage trade partners to meet the schedule.
• Attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Ensure coordination of installations to meet the Project Schedule.
• Provide field leadership for planning and supporting the construction schedule.
• Attend jobsite meetings, coordinate deliveries, and document progress.
• Drive efficiencies and best practices with field leadership to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor daily reports for accuracy and compliance with the contract.
• Support start-up and commissioning activities per requirements.
