Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Industrial/Science & Tech construction.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Familiarity with construction market, especially Senior Living and Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Establish and monitor QC program.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project team members.
