Role Summary

The Superintendent 2 will plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects with some complexity, ensuring they meet goals for safety, quality, schedule, and budget, in line with JE Dunn's strategy, vision, and values.

Key Role Responsibilities - Core

• Lead safety culture and promote an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, company staff, and project workflow.
• Oversee safety, quality, and EEO programs for projects.
• Develop work plans and coordinate project site activities.
• Lead meetings, manage project schedules, and monitor budgets.
• Maintain documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Support project closeouts and participate in project pursuits and negotiations.
• Recruit top talent and promote diversity and inclusion.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects from start to finish, identifying and managing risks.
• Participate in project pursuits and negotiations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and scheduling software.
• Understanding of construction processes, budgets, and safety standards.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience, with 3+ years in field supervision.

Working Environment & Benefits

• Valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, travel may be required.
