As the daily driver of project execution, you'll oversee all construction activities, enforce quality and safety standards, maintain scheduling, and ensure client satisfaction from groundbreaking through project closeout. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and manage project construction documents including plans, specifications, and manuals.
• Lead daily job site operations, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and site security.
• Manage and update project documentation through Procore (logs, RFIs, submittals, daily reports).
• Drive scheduling activities (daily, weekly, monthly lookaheads), coordinating with subs and vendors.
• Lead and document regular project meetings (internal, subcontractor, and OAC).
• Ensure timely material procurement and confirm readiness of long-lead items.
• Conduct rigorous site safety oversight including Toolbox Talks and safety observations.
• Track changes in scope and initiate RFIs or Change Events when needed.
• Deliver final punch list, as-built documentation, and successful project demobilization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction supervision (commercial/industrial/government).
• Proven leadership and communication skills across diverse teams and trades.
• Proficient in Procore and related project management software.
• Deep understanding of construction documents and contract obligations.
• Strong skills in schedule planning and subcontractor coordination.
• High attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
• Required License: OSHA 30 Certification.

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Project-Based Travel Required
• 40+ hours per week | Monday to Friday
• Some weekend work may be required depending on project phase

• Home base reporting to OPREX HQ or regional assignments as needed
