Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Projects - East Coast will be responsible for:

• managing day-to-day on-site construction activities


• ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations


• monitoring construction to ensure it adheres to plans


• coordinating the subcontractors, vendors and suppliers


• working closely with the project management team to develop and maintain construction schedules


• monitoring project budgets and expenses


• identifying and resolving issues


• traveling to construction projects throughout the US with a heavy focus on the east coast

Profile / Qualifications

The Traveling Superintendent - Hospitality Projects - East Coast will have:

• at least 7+ years of experience in construction, hospitality/multifamily experience preferred


• at least 2 years as a Lead Superintendent running their own project


• excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
