Job summary

RimePro Inc. is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to manage ground-up industrial and commercial projects across multiple U.S. markets.

This role requires strong field leadership, subcontractor oversight, and ownership from mobilization through completion. You will oversee projects typically valued at around $5M, travel extensively, and use Procore for documentation and scheduling. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in commercial/industrial construction and are comfortable leading

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Procore experience is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial and industrial projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily construction activities and project sequencing.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate inspections and project logistics.
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, and overall project quality.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or project execution.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Enforce project and company safety requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers and the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel extensively to project sites and remain on-site for the duration of assignments.
