ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5-15+ years of experience leading Life Science commercial construction projects. This role focuses on managing all administrative tasks and field operations from day one to ensure on-schedule, on-budget project delivery per specifications.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years in construction with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent.
• Experience leading design/build industrial, cold storage, food & beverage, advanced manufacturing, or data center projects preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Attend project kickoff and receive project information for preplanning.
• Coordinate schedule and manpower requirements with project manager.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Assist in shop drawings approvals and material samples with project manager/engineer.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of schedule changes.
• Prepare and review job progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs.
• Review requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices and other reports.
• Cooperate with owner representatives and architects to align project goals.
• Lead regular job-site meetings and report progress to the project manager.
