Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and timely completion.
• Manage various teams and job sites, maintaining standards of quality and integrity.
• Participate in all construction phases of assigned projects.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure the orderly and timely completion of projects in the field.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on means and methods for successful project execution.
• Align with procurement schedules and document delays or changes.
• Use reports to manage costs and prepare accurate projections.
• Review and execute all change orders.
• Complete close-out requirements and punch lists promptly.
• Provide feedback on subcontractor performance for future bidding or negotiations.

Job Requirements

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projects, with thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment, scheduling, productivity analysis, and cash flow procedures.
• Ability to manage large, complex projects or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
