Job summary

SageWater, LLC in the United States is seeking a full-time traveling Superintendent specializing in drywall and carpentry to lead interior restoration on occupied-unit repipe projects. This role requires frequent travel and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship unit after unit.

You will coach leads and crews, coordinate with project and operations managers, create SOPs, manage material and tool inventories, and respond to warranty issues while maintaining safety and on-schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finish/rough carpentry and drywall restoration with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience in multifamily, condo, hospitality or occupied-unit renovations preferred.
• Knowledge of drywall repair, texture matching, trim/carpentry and cabinetry repair.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plan sequencing across occupied units.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organization; able to manage targets on live jobsites.
• OSHA safety knowledge and best practices on job sites.
• Clear professional communication with residents, management, and teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between islands as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Leads and mechanics, providing hands-on guidance to raise carpentry performance.
• Provide coverage for Leads and Project Managers during vacations and absences to keep schedules.
• Create and maintain SOPs for carpentry work and enforce across projects.
• Create and maintain standard materials lists to stay on schedule.
• Create and maintain standard tools/equipment lists and ensure availability.
• Respond to warranty calls and address resident concerns on completed carpentry work.
• Support PMs with technical guidance for day-to-day tasks and special projects.
• Identify out-of-scope activities and notify PM/Ops teams.
