Job summary

JSMM INC. is seeking a Construction Specialist – Lead Residential and Commercial Field Repairs to perform high-end finish carpentry, drywall hanging/finishing, painting, and light electrical/plumbing fixes across multiple sites.

Travel is required, and you will be the face of our field operations, delivering quality workmanship and client satisfaction. This full-time role includes overtime, a company vehicle, weekly or bi-weekly pay, medical coverage, and a tool/tech package to support on-site

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or property maintenance.
Proven drywall hanging/finishing and finish carpentry skills.
Ability to perform basic handyman electrical and plumbing repairs.
Willingness to travel frequently to different job sites.

Responsibilities

Execute high-end finish carpentry and light structural carpentry to restore interiors to pre-loss condition.
Install and finish drywall with precision for seamless surfaces.
Perform professional-grade painting and staining to meet quality standards.
Resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues safely during restoration.
Complete diverse general handyman tasks to finalize punch lists and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized mobile workspace while traveling between locations.
Collaborate with project managers to provide updates on material needs and timelines.
