Job summary

Flynncompanies is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the installation of architectural cladding and related metal panel systems across various Texas job sites. You will direct field crews, ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and building codes, while maintaining safety and productivity.

Travel across Texas (Amarillo, Abilene, San Antonio) and Monroe, Louisiana is required with provided accommodations.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience with architectural metals in a commercial/industrial setting.
2+ years of Superintendent or Senior Foreman experience managing multiple crews and projects.
Proven leadership overseeing large scale cladding and metal panel installations.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Experience coordinating manpower, scheduling, and material logistics across multiple job sites.
Ability to enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead field operations for architectural cladding and metal panel installations.
Manage multiple crews and foremen across job sites.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.
Coordinate manpower, schedules, and materials across locations.
Drive safety, quality, and productivity standards on every project.
Partner with project managers and other trades to keep projects moving smoothly.
Conduct site inspections and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
