Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking Traveling Superintendents for projects across the United States. This field-focused role requires hands-on leadership of field teams on diverse industrial, manufacturing and commercial jobs.

Candidates must be comfortable with travel, manage subcontractors and day-to-day operations, and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders. A company vehicle, per diem and travel incentives accompany a nationwide schedule.

Qualifications

• Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience leading subcontractors and day-to-day field operations.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, mission critical, data center, distribution, life science, commercial, or other complex construction.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong field leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on projects across the U.S.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and field crews.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and site teams.

We’re working with a leading national General Contractor looking to add experienced Traveling Superintendents to their team for projects across the U.S.

This is a field-focused opportunity for Superintendents who are comfortable traveling and want a strong pipeline of projects with a well-established contractor.
