Location: Texas – Travel Required

I’m working with an established Texas general contractor looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their team. They have a strong pipeline of work and are looking for someone comfortable taking ownership of projects in the field from start through closeout.

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, site logistics, safety, and quality.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, owners, and project stakeholders.
• Handle projects from mobilization through punch list and turnover.
• Travel to projects throughout Texas and surrounding markets as required.

Compensation

$100,000–$125,000 base salary + benefits and travel-related compensation.
