Job summary

Falcon Construction seeks a Traveling Superintendent to oversee nationwide commercial buildouts, including retail, restaurant, and franchise projects. This full-time role requires coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring quality and safety on diverse sites across the United States.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in commercial construction, strong knowledge of drawings, scheduling, and field operations, and are able to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Retail, restaurant, franchise, or other fast-paced commercial buildout experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Advanced knowledge of Procore is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, schedules, sequencing, and jobsite operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage a jobsite and coordinate multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Traveling Superintendent

Falcon Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our growing team. This is a full-time, nationwide travel position overseeing commercial retail, restaurant, and franchise buildouts throughout the United States.

The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned jobsites, including coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and working closely with the Project Manager to successfully complete each project.

Travel Compensation & Benefits

Physical Requirements
