Job summary

Falcon Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our growing team. This full-time, nationwide travel position oversees commercial retail, restaurant, and franchise buildouts across the United States, coordinating with Project Managers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and to our quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of commercial construction supervision, advanced Procore knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Retail, restaurant, franchise, or other fast-paced commercial buildouts preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Advanced knowledge of Procore is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, schedules and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on assigned jobsites.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure work aligns with plans and quality standards.
• Monitor schedules and address potential delays.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with inspectors and authorities as required.
• Provide updates to the Project Manager and closeout support.
