$85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Immediate Need: Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent

Are you an experienced Traveling Superintendent looking for a new opportunity with an impressive General Contractor? We are seeking a skilled leader with a strong background in diverse commercial projects.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Manage and oversee commercial construction projects
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed
• Read and analyze blueprints and contract documents
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Travel to project sites as required, managing daily operations
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including but not limited to: Self Storage, Healthcare, Tilt Up Industrial, and large Multifamily (150+ units)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proficient in construction software (a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
