Job summary

Singleton Construction, LLC is seeking Traveling Superintendents to lead nationwide retail and commercial projects. You will travel between locations, oversee site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery from mobilization to handover.

The role emphasizes independence, client relations and problem-solving across diverse sites. You’ll work with project managers to maintain budgets and schedules, while upholding safety standards and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site management.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities on site from mobilization through final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate on-site activities.
• Manage subcontractors and maintain productive job sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with high quality.
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, vendors and partners.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

What you’ll be doing

As a Traveling Superintendent, you’ll lead construction activities on site from mobilization through final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Working closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Building strong relationships with clients, landlords, vendors and project partners.
• Conducting site meetings, inspections and quality checks.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
