Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial facility builds across the Southeast US. You will oversee on-site operations, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and drive projects to meet schedule and quality goals.

You will collaborate with design and engineering teams, develop and maintain project schedules, and provide clear progress reporting to stakeholders, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial construction; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast US region.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for effective planning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively.
