Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site construction for commercial and industrial projects across the South. Ideal candidates have hands-on Walmart open-store remodels or large retail and distribution center builds, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will manage subcontractors, supervise schedules, coordinate with clients and design teams, conduct site inspections, and ensure OSHA compliance daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience with a GC or CM firm.
• Proven success managing Walmart remodels or similar retail projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore experience a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
