Overview

We are looking for 2 Traveling Superintendents for remodels and expansions for Walmart (Night Shift). The role is a salaried position with travel requirements. We specialize in large-box retail open-store remodels and are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to support Walmart projects. The ideal candidate will be an organized leader with a positive, proactive attitude and a high level of communication and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Midwest and East Coast project locations as part of Walmart remodels and expansions.
• Lead on-site construction activities as a Traveling Superintendent for open-store remodels.
• Provide clear communication and detailed reporting on project progress and issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Support night shift and/or day shift operations as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Construction Superintendent, with demonstrated ability to manage remodels or expansions.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on a salaried, field-based role.
