Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Traveling Stringless Technician to support stringless paving operations across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

The role requires frequent travel to project sites and collaboration with surveying staff and project managers. You will maintain and calibrate stringless equipment, collect field data, perform quality checks, and help develop accurate paving designs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field; LSIT preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in stringless paving or surveying.
• Knowledge of stringless paving technology and Leica/Trimble systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Travel Required: This position requires frequent travel throughout Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to project sites as needed. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Stringless Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with stringless paving operations, maintaining and calibrating stringless equipment, and performing quality control checks to ensure accurate and efficient paving operations. This role requires extensive travel to project sites throughout our operating region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with stringless paving projects, including field work, data collection, and quality control.
• Work with surveying staff and project managers to develop accurate paving designs and plans.
