Stormwater Operations Specialists, based in Thomasville, NC, is hiring a full-time Stormwater Field Technician - Heavy Machine Operator. The role operates on a 7-on / 7-off schedule and involves travel to job sites across several states, reporting from our Thomasville HQ.

You will support stormwater projects with a dedicated team, ensuring safety and quality on every site. You'll start at $24.00+ per hour with an 80-hour biweekly paycheck guarantee, plus hotel lodging and daily per diem while on

Formación

• 2+ years of equipment operation experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good record.
• Ability to tow trailers between 16 and 24 feet.
• Physical capability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in changing environments.
• Strong communicator and team contributor.
• Safety-first mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy equipment to shape, repair, and maintain stormwater systems.
• Mobilize from Thomasville, NC to project sites across multiple states.
• Prepare job sites and install piping; perform erosion repairs.
