Global Partners LP is seeking a Floating Store Manager to learn store operations and support multiple locations. The role emphasizes staff supervision, customer service excellence and profitability.

Travel is required as the incumbent supports different stores and trains assistant managers. Responsibilities include hiring, training, enforcing policies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating payroll hours.

Qualifications

• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification within 90 days.
• Strong ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Experience hiring, training and developing staff.
• Willingness to cover manager vacancies at other locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a quality buying experience for customers.
• Perform daily gas price surveys and accounting tasks.
• Transmit daily accounting paperwork by noon; make daily deposits.
• Manage fuel and ATM/Lottery funds; maintain fuel inventory records.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff; discipline when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance and compliance binders.
• Execute promotional initiatives and inventory controls.
• Coordinate payroll hours and assist in scheduling.
• Audit cashier paperwork and monitor price book and security cameras.
