Global Partners LP seeks a Floating Store Manager to learn the essentials of operating and managing a convenience store while assisting Store Managers at other locations. Travel is required and hands-on training will fast-track you toward becoming a Store Manager.

You will supervise staff, maximize profits, maintain store appearance, ensure customer service excellence, and coordinate inventory, pricing surveys, and daily accounting tasks.

Qualifikationen

• ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Hire, train and develop an Assistant Manager for running store in your absence.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Ensure a quality buying experience for customers.
• Perform competitive gas price surveys daily or as required.
• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by noon to accounting office.
• Make daily bank deposits by noon.
• Account for ATM and Lottery funds daily, and make deposits (where applicable).
• Keep accurate fuel inventory records and report variations.
