Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Floating Store Manager to learn and oversee daily operations across locations, gaining hands-on training to fast-track to Store Manager. Travel is required to support multiple stores, learn company policies, supervise staff, drive profits, and uphold customer service and store appearance.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, inventory, cash handling, and compliance while promoting company initiatives.

Qualifications

ServSafe or other approved food safety certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Ensure a quality buying experience for all customers.
Perform daily gas price surveys.
Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by noon to accounting office.
Make daily bank deposits by noon.
Account for ATM and Lottery funds daily, and make deposits where applicable.
Keep accurate fuel inventory records and report variations.
Recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, discipline staff using proper documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Order and receive merchandise following inventory guidelines.
Coordinate gasoline deliveries and maintain adequate levels.
Maintain compliance binder and implement company promotions.
Control inventory variations to 1% of sales or less.
Audit cashier paperwork for accuracy.
Maintain image standards and conduct environment/maintenance reporting.
