Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Floating Store Manager to learn store operations and assist Store Managers at locations across the region. You will gain hands-on training, supervise staff, manage inventory, and implement company promotions while ensuring top customer service and store appearance.

The role involves travel and rapid progression toward Store Manager. A ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification is required within 90 days, plus strong communication and paperwork skills.

Qualifications

• Supervise and develop staff using proper documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate ordering with guidelines.
• Analyze sales and implement strategies to maximize profits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a quality buying experience for customers.
• Perform daily price surveys and competitive gas pricing.
• Process daily accounting paperwork and transmit by noon.
• Make daily bank deposits by noon and account for ATM/Lottery funds.
• Maintain fuel inventory records and report variations.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, and discipline staff as needed.
• Keep the store clean and organized, implement promotions.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and ensure adequate fuel levels.
• Maintain compliance binder and image standards.
• Schedule payroll hours and monitor attendance.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions and cover manager vacancies as needed.
