Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.
• Requires valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed net rental goals by renting spaces.
• Follow up on internet, email, or phone leads.
• Answer phones professionally and show units to customers.
• Provide high level customer service and listen to customer needs.
• Escalate concerns as necessary and follow up with customers.
• Rentals: process rental applications for storage units.
• Assist walk-ins and conduct lot tours of units (various sizes).
• Travel between up to 2–3 locations per week as needed.
