Qualifications

• Customer-service experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform light maintenance tasks
• Willingness to work weekends and rotate between multiple sites

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, provide tours, and assist with rentals.
• Maintain cleanliness of units and grounds, perform lock checks, and ensure facility security.
• Process rentals, payments, and lease agreements; promote facility features and services.
• Manage records, update software systems, and handle daily reporting.
• Travel between three assigned locations as needed to support operations.
