Job summary

Turner Construction Co. is seeking an experienced construction leader for a fulltime traveling role in the Sports Division. This position supports multiple projects across the United States and reports to the Deputy Operations Manager and Operations Manager.

Prior sports-related project experience is strongly preferred. The role oversees field staffing, schedules, safety, QA/QC, and logistics planning during pre-construction and early project activities, with a travel expectation of 50%+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with computer applications.
• Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate trade field assignments with project needs.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and track ROJ dates.
• Provide oversight for development of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
• Support safety program implementation with the BU Safety Director.
• Manage progression and mentorship for high-potential tradespeople.
