Qualifications

• CDL Class A preferred and State Driller License preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in the drilling industry, including operating multiple rigs (e.g., sonic, rotary, auger).
• Negative drug test.
• Background check results will be reviewed.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory MVR.
• Interstate DOT Medical Card and FMCSA compliance.
• Passing a HAZWOPER physical.
• Legal right to work in the United States under IRCA.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition and perform maintenance as needed.
• Lead a drilling crew through training and mentoring while maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MSDS, CEU’s and JSA’s.
• Approve employee timesheets.
• Complete well logs and related reports.
• Promote positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Maintain required certifications.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
