Qualifications

• CDL Class A and State Driller License preferred.
• 3+ years in drilling with experience operating multiple rigs.
• Negative drug test required.
• Background check results considered case-by-case.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR required.
• Interstate DOT medical card and FMCSA compliance required.
• Passing a HAZWOPER physical.
• Right to work in the United States (IRCA) confirmed.
• Respiratory protection may be required per plan or air monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency.
• Maintain daily drilling reports.
• Ensure equipment safety and perform maintenance as needed.
• Lead a drilling crew and mentor teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of MSDS, CEU’s and JSA’s.
• Approve employee timesheets.
• Complete logs, repair orders, tailgates, and DVIRs.
• Foster positive relationships with team and clients.
• Maintain required certifications.
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
