Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises in Missouri is seeking a field technician to support solar panel installations, prepare sites, and operate installation tools. Frequent travel to project sites, including overnight stays, is required.

You will join a team that values ownership, safety, and quality workmanship, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience across multiple projects in renewable energy systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%), including overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Experience using hand and power tools a plus.

• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials.
• Operate tools and lifting equipment used in solar installation.
• Assist with material inventory and job site logistics.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

What You’ll Do

Pay Range

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.
Pay Range: $20–$35 per hour plus per diem, travel incentive opportunities, and overtime eligibility

Prevailing wage may apply depending on project location.
