Job summary

JMC Enterprises seeks a Field Trainer for our Trailer-Top Snow & Ice Removal division. You will train technicians in safe, professional snow/ice removal from trailer tops, while also performing the same tasks in the field to lead by example.

You’ll travel across 14 states, mentor crews, and ensure training aligns with safety standards. Seasonal/per diem schedule, $27–$30 hourly, with performance incentives and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience as trainer or coach in field settings.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in cold.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel across 14 states.
• CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• On-the-Road Training: guide 1–3 technicians, reinforce safety protocols.
• Documentation: log service information with photos and records.
• Safety First: model and promote safety best practices.
• Mentorship: provide clear, constructive feedback to trainees.
• Travel: train across 14 states on local and extended routes.
• Assessments and Feedback: measure training effectiveness and adjust accordingly.
• Collaboration: work with management to improve training materials.
