Job summary

JMC Enterprises is seeking a Field Trainer to join our winter team. You’ll travel across the service area, train and coach snow and ice removal technicians, and demonstrate safety-first practices in the field and on trailer tops.

You’ll lead by example, perform hands-on snow and ice removal tasks, assess training effectiveness, and coordinate with management to strengthen our program. Seasonal/per diem role with flexible hours during storms and travel across 14 states.

Qualifications

• Experience in a training, coaching, mentoring or employee-development role.
• Ability to effectively teach and demonstrate hands-on processes and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in outdoor winter conditions.
• Capable of evaluating trainee performance and giving constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on snow and ice removal work alongside technicians you train.
• Demonstrate JMC’s safety practices, service standards and field expectations.
• Coach and mentor technicians to develop skills, confidence and performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain training records and coordinate travel between locations.
• Lead by example and ensure safe, efficient work during storms.
