Job summary

Advocates is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Cranston, RI to provide assessment, intervention, and support for individuals with communication needs. This role focuses on enhancing functional communication through evidence-based services, requiring a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid licensure in MA and RI.

You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and engage in community outreach to advocate for access to appropriate communication supports. The position offers a salary range of $70K-$90K and a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an ASHA accredited university.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligible.
• Professional licensure in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of individuals with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language pathology services.
