Job summary

Royal Concrete and Masonry Corp. is seeking a proactive Site Safety Manager to oversee safety programs across all job sites, yards, and facilities. You will develop policies, conduct inspections, train crews, and ensure OSHA compliance while traveling between active sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction safety, deep knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926, and a strong focus on cultivating a safety‑first culture across field teams and management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction safety management, preferably within concrete/masonry or heavy civil construction.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926) and general industry standards.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between job sites.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work outdoors on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and other standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across all active job sites.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions for concrete/masonry operations.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare detailed reports and root‑cause analyses.
• Track safety data/metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs and toolbox talks.
