Mike's Red Tacos in Pasadena is seeking an energetic New Restaurant Opening Shift Leader to travel nationwide, train teams, and execute opening plans for new locations.

When not traveling, you''ll support daily operations at the Pasadena Corporate Store & Training Center and prepare for future openings. The role offers $23.00–$30.00 per hour plus tips, with travel bonuses and company-paid travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to spend up to 3 weeks away from home supporting restaurant openings.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support restaurant operations.
• Travel throughout the United States supporting New Restaurant Openings.
• Spend up to 3 consecutive weeks onsite helping new restaurants prepare for and execute successful openings.
• Coach and support restaurant teams during training and opening periods.
• Drive speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience standards.
• Ensure food safety and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Support opening teams during one of the most exciting phases of restaurant growth.
• Model Mike's Red Tacos culture, values, and standards every day.
