Flynn's Tire Group is seeking a Traveling Service Manager to lead service departments across multiple Youngstown-area locations and coach teams to achieve service and sales goals. You will ensure an outstanding customer experience while coordinating with store managers and staff.

Ideal candidates have automotive knowledge, leadership ability, strong sales skills, and a passion for helping customers in a fast-paced environment. This role requires travel and a team-first mindset.

Qualificações

• Experience in tire, automotive service, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and applicable state inspection requirements.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and remain positive under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and take assignments through completion.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support multiple locations.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Successful completion of required pre-employment testing.

• Supervise, coach, and motivate Service Department personnel.

• Support Store Managers with day-to-day operations and staffing needs.
• Step in where needed to keep the team moving and customers taken care of.
