Job summary

Flynn's Tire Group in the Youngstown/Boardman area is seeking an experienced Manager to lead store operations, sales, and customer service. You will drive plans to achieve objectives, build strong community ties, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional value to customers.

The role requires at least 3 years of management experience, extensive tire and automotive knowledge, and a proven ability to grow the business through effective leadership and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Knowledge of basic automotive services.
• Strong team leadership with the ability to motivate sales teams.
• Ability to develop and implement a Business Growth Plan for the location.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production, quality, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support store operations.
• Implement plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Build relationships with local civic organizations, Chamber of Commerce, and business groups.
• Represent the business at community functions.
