Job summary

Flynn's Tire Group is seeking an experienced Traveling Service Manager to lead service teams across multiple locations. You’ll coach staff, drive service and sales performance, and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience.

As a traveling leader, you’ll support Youngstown-area locations and collaborate with store teams to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire, automotive service, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and applicable state inspection requirements.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and remain positive under pressure.
• The ability to work independently and take assignments through completion.
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support multiple locations.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Successful completion of required pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate Service Department personnel.
• Help develop employees and promote a positive, high-performance team environment.
• Support Store Managers with day-to-day operations and staffing needs.
• Step in where needed to keep the team moving and customers taken care of.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences across locations.
• Drive service performance and sales growth across multiple sites.
