Flynn's Tire Group is seeking an experienced automotive service professional to step into a Traveling Service Manager role supporting our Youngstown-area locations. You'll lead different teams, drive service and sales performance, coach employees, and ensure customers receive the outstanding experience Flynn's is known for.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire, automotive service, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services.
• Understanding of mechanical service needs and state inspection requirements.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented attitude; willing to support multiple locations.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Service Department personnel.
• Support Store Managers with day-to-day operations and staffing needs.
• Ensure repairs and service are performed to company standards.
• Review vehicle inspections and present accurate service estimates.
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience from check-in to completion.
• Drive established service and sales objectives across locations.
