Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

G&E Partners are currently working directly with several top-ranked ENR and regionally established General Contractors seeking experienced Senior Project Managers with data center experience.

In this role, you will join a leading GC, driving the growth and expansion of their key mission critical divisions across the US.

• Project Leadership: Lead major projects within core markets, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners. Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery while mentoring and guiding Project Managers.
• Business Development: Upon project completion, leverage industry relationships and collaborate with estimating teams to secure new opportunities and expand the company’s portfolio.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison for clients and key stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and favorable terms.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive construction management experience on the General Contractor side, overseeing large-scale, ground-up data center projects ($100M+).
• Proven track record with Top ENR-ranked General Contractors.
• Demonstrated stability in employment, with 5+ years of continuous service at a single company.
• Extensive experience across various ground-up commercial construction sectors.
• Expertise in Data Centers necessary.
• Must be comfortable with working onsite.
