We are currently seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the coordination, execution, and oversight of projects in the Northeast region (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, NY, PA, RI, NJ). If you reside in one of these states and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the restoration industry, specializing in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation, we want to hear from you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Construction Superintendent (Internally known as Project Manager)

You will lead assigned projects in close collaboration with the Project Director, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include comprehensive project management, encompassing detailed planning, organization, and prioritization of work. Working collaboratively with the Project Director, you will not only comprehend and evaluate the Scope of Work but also execute it with precision. Your financial acumen will shine as you analyze project scopes and budgets, making decisive approvals or rejections based on actual conditions. Proactively adjusting budgets to align with the true costs of work, you'll serve as the alert system, notifying the Operations Manager of potential risks to budget, gross profit margin, or schedule. Your strategic touch extends to developing project schedules and guiding Project Supervisors in subcontractor scheduling, while also offering hands-on management, support, and assistance.

Administrative finesse will be evident in soliciting, receiving, and approving subcontractor proposals, evaluating the necessity for change orders, and meticulously preparing reports and documentation. As a liaison between Project Directors, Clients, Subcontractors, and in-house personnel, your role will be crucial in maintaining open communication channels, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Your commitment to standards will not only be evident in enforcing all company, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations but also in your adaptability to undertake additional responsibilities or tasks as required based on priority.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in restoration or construction, residing in ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, NY, PA, RI, or NJ.
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to excellence.
  • VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED

If you're ready for an exciting challenge and meet these requirements, we invite you to join our team. Apply now and be part of a company that values excellence and commitment to standards!

Subject to Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and/or ordinances, applicant must be able to pass Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Screen.
