Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our most complex electrical construction programs in Detroit, including multi-year mega-projects with contract values over $50,000,000.

You will provide strategic on-site leadership for large teams, mentor project managers, and drive pre-construction planning, risk mitigation, and delivery for national accounts. Excellent compensation, incentives, and executive wellness benefits accompany this role.

Competenze

• Ten or more years of leadership experience in electrical construction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $50,000,000 or more.
• Advanced knowledge of design-build processes and integrated project delivery.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic oversight for the largest accounts and mega-projects.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Consult on pre-construction efforts and high-level estimating for major bids.
• Serve as on-site executive for mega-projects and manage owner relationships.
